Your username for the Open High School Tech Support Portal will always be your full DEC email address. When you activated your portal account, you would have set your own password. If you have forgotten the password you created for your account, you can reset it yourself. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. click on the Login link on the home page of the Tech Support Portal
  2. click on the Forgot your password link
  3. type in your email address and click on the Reset my password button
  4. check your email account for the password reset instructions that have been emailed to you, and in that email click on the link that says click here to reset the password
  5. you will now see the password reset screen, so enter a new password of your choosing in the first box, and then re-enter your new password in the second box
  6. click on the Update & login button
  7. make a note of your new password
