  2. Select from Bookmarks HTML File from the drop-down menu, Select items to import --> Favorites/Bookmarks and then click on the Choose File button as seen below:

  3. Find/Browse to the OpenHS_Bookmarks_Bar HTML file (Faculty --> Teacher --> 03_StaffShare --> TSU_Related --> OpenHS_Bookmarks_Bar.html) and click on Open as seen below:

  4. The bookmarks will now be imported into your Chrome browser and you will see a message like the one below, so click the Done button, but make sure that Always show the bookmarks bar is checked:

  5. You will now see the Google Chrome Settings page and this is where you will set your homepage to the intranet. Scroll down to the section titled Appearance and check the box beside Show Home Button. Then below that click on the link titled Change to enter the home page of the Open High School Intranet.

  6. Select the option Open this page and then copy and paste the following intranet link into the box beside that option. Once you have pasted the link into the box, click on Ok: https://sites.google.com/site/openhighschoolintranet/

  7. Now you will need to move the imported bookmarks into the bookmarks bar. To do this, open the Bookmark Manager by clicking on the Customise and Control Google Chrome icon in the right-hand corner of the window (three horizontal lines could be white or black or orange lines) and then click on Bookmarks --> Bookmark manager as seen below:

  8. Now click on the folder called Imported and select all the bookmarks in that folder and then drag them into the Bookmarks bar folder (see image below). After you have done this right-click on the Imported folder and delete it.

  9. If you still cannot see the Bookmarks Bar then you will need to set it to show. To do this, click on the Customise and Control Google Chrome icon in the right-hand corner of the window (three horizontal lines could be white or black or orange lines) and then click on Bookmarks --> Show Bookmarks bar as seen below:
